Welcome to Glimwed. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Glimwed website and service at www.glimwed.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Glimwed.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Glimwed. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for keeping your account secure.
You keep ownership of the images, notes, boards, and other content you add to Glimwed (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us the limited permission needed to store and display Your Content back to you so the Service works.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the right to use any images you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or is offensive or harmful.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, disrupting its operation, reselling it, or using it to break the law or harm others.
Some features or content packs may be offered for purchase. Any pricing and terms for paid items will be shown at the time of purchase. Once a pack is added to your board, it remains available in your account as described at the point of sale.
We work hard to keep Glimwed running smoothly, but the Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost. We recommend keeping your own copies of anything important.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glimwed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update or discontinue features, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use Glimwed after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
